Slow Train Coming
My original reason for building this website was simply to provide an online portfolio of my work while I sought out a new job. With that task completed, the site slipped from my radar and, aside from the anomaly of the Levi update, it was left to slowly edge into decrepitude. But now I find myself returning after a long absence, with some new skills to test and some renewed interest in this site because of its potential as a testing ground.
Over the next couple months I plan to add some database interactivity with perhaps a blog or automated photo gallery. Maybe, somewhere down the road, I’ll even add some content which will be interesting and useful to people other than myself (gasp!) and this site can make a meaningful contribution to the global community. Here’s where King Humperdinck pats my hand and says, “Won’t that be nice!”
