northbound interstate traffic slowing like circulation in hardened arteries and these metallic corpuscles crowd each other in desperation for a quadruple bypass or at least a stent but there’s the blockage in the left lane tow-truck operator surgery in process and squeezing past the clots into the increased flow the prognosis for this vessel seems to be picking up
